apply a condition to "Import into Photos"

I have created a rule where images recently imported into various specified folders are automatically imported into the Photos app. The Photos app does not allow me to skip duplicates and asks me whether I want to import it or not for every photo it finds already exists in the library .

I want to set a condition to the "Import to Photos" rule to skip the import if a duplicate already exists in the Photos library, but I can't see how to do that. Is it possible, even? If so, how?

Not on the Hazel side. Are you importing the same file over and over? Or is it a different file that has the same image?
