Hazel Always Crashes

Hello, it's been over a year since I use Hazel, but last week I can no longer use it at all.

When I click on the Hazel icon in the prefs system, inevitably Hazel crashes. I'm really interfere with that because I do everything myself now in hand, this software was REALLY indispensable in my work.

I try several times to completely remove Hazel and re-installing but nothing happens, the bug is still there when I click on the sys pref icon.

I use the contact form on your site but I still have no answer and that is why I decided to come on the forum according to find help.

My configuration:

MAC OS 10.6.7
HAZEL (latest version)

I've responded in email. Keep in mind that I don't always check my support box on weekends.

The bug is resolved. For French people, it just accents in the name of folder "Downloads ", just change the name without accent and hop.

It seems that Firefox 4 changed how it stores it's download directory, and does it in a way that breaks things. If you think you have been affected by this, then please send me an email. I am considering doing a 2.3.9 patch to fix this depending.

For now, if you set your Firefox downloads folder to something without accents in it, then it should at least stop the crashing.

2.3.9 has been released and should fix this issue. Please use this version if you are using Firefox 4, even if it isn't crashing for you now.
