Lists and capture statement date and place when renaming

Just found the wonder of lists- helps immensely. However a question... I have a catchall rule that
captures the auto manufacturer name in any correspondence via a list. The action renames the file
based on which manufacturer name matched the rule- the rename is then "manufacturer name.pdf.

Example:
we have GM, FORD, Ram in the match list. Whichever rule matches what is found in the letter/correspondance
is the renamed. eg if Ford is matched, file is renamed to ford.pdf.

The question is how to extract the statement date off the the matched manufacturer name in the correspondence
and pre-pend to the the renamed file eg 2024-August 26-Ford.pdf

Does one need to create every possible permutation/combination of a statement date condition when the statement
dates vary between each manufacturer? There must be a better way than this or am I missing something. Any thoughts
appreciated.

Have you tried using a custom date attribute?
