Help with Hazel Rules for Renaming PDFs by Content

Hi, I wonder if anyone can help me. I generate a large number of monthly invoice PDFs sent to tenants for a few properties I manage. I'm trying to set up Hazel rules using match pattern and/or attributes to auto rename the files using contents within the PDFs like: building name, tenant name, due date etc but I seem to be struggling. Any guidance or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

Can you post an image of your rule? You can use a site like imgur.com to host your image if you don't have your own cloud service to do that.
