Moving file into folder without a rule for each folder.

Hello,
I have been searching and trying to figure this out for a few weeks now to no avail. I download a lot of data constantly and need to sort it into existing folders based on the first word of the file name or "keyword" within the name. I understand how to set this up for matching the name to a single folder and could potentially make a rule for each individual folder but it is over 100 individual folders at this point. I'm wondering if there's a better way.

Thank you

Have you looked into match patterns? Search for them in the manual for more details.

I got the idea of how to set up the criteria based on the match pattern, however I’m still unclear as how to implement the move based on criteria.

For example

Folder Name
A
B
C

File downloaded

C - 2024 - 07.zip

The file would meet the criteria to Match folder C but how do I differentiate the path for folder C vs A & B with in the same rule?

Can you give a specific example?

Yes,

These are the start of the folders that I need the files moved into, each has the name of the creator. The file downloaded would be name for example " Becca3D - 2024 - 07.zip" So it would need to be moved into the folder Becca 3D that has a different path than say ABE3D.

ABE3D
AleStarMar
Amai Takahashi
Anvilrage
AnyTile Miniatures
Archvillian Sci-fi
ARJKalabas
Artifex3D
Atlan Forge
Azerama
Beastiarium
Becca 3D
Big Mr Tong
Bite The Bullet
Black Remnant
Blue Spray
Blue Wolf

Seems like the mappings from filename to folder name are a little arbitrary, judging by the space being inserted in your example. Look into tables in the manual which might help you here.
