permission denied, when trying to move folder to NAS

i used to have a rule setup that would allow hazel to move folders to my NAS.
and i am trying to recreate the same rule, but i keep getting permission denied.

i reviewed all folder permissions on my NAS and mac, all seem normal.

its frustrating that i cant seem to figure it out.
