“Empty Trash” not working

I am a newbie with hazel but I can’t seem to get empty trash working correctly. I have the setting to delete files sitting in the trash for more than 1 hour .. normal deletion. It works for some files but I have an app in there that won’t delete. (Actually this app is a demo of pixelmator). I have enable app sweep and multi user sweep checked.??

Is there anything I am doing wrong here?

Check the logs. Go to the "Info" pane and click on "View Log." It's possible there was an error in deleting the file, usually something permissions related.
