Rule not starting itself, only manually.

Hi,
I have a rule for a desktop folder (also tried with recreating it elsewhere), that doesn't run itself, only when forced. When forced the rule produces desired results. But it's name in the menu get's grayed out until I stop/start Hazel from the menu.

MacOS 13.5.2, Hazel 5.2.2

Also, here is the log, for some resaon Hazel still scans Trash, even if I hav not selected any trash related options in the settings?

And I wonder if I have not created the best rules as it seems that in folder "2023" hazel tries to grab the text token inside some old files? Should I specify in the rule that only newly added files need to be scanned?

Can you show the logs during a period where it should have triggered/processed, but didn't? It might help to turn on debug logging as described here: https://www.noodlesoft.com/kb/hazel-debug-mode/

In the last log the rule didn't run at all

But the rule was supposed to run? I'm not seeing any indication that the file was added to the folder in that log. Can you specify the time it should have run but didn't?
