Quick Folders Missing

Hello, when I look at the quick folders available to me, I do not have the Mail folder that the help section talks about. I am referring to the folder that makes a copy of an attachment when you double-click it. Can someone shed light on why it's not there? I have the Safari folder and others, just not the Mail folder.

Check your Mail preferences. See what the download folder is set to there.

Hi thanks for the reply, so the folder is the email down load folder.. should I change it?
