Copy to Folder Matching EXIF Keyword

I’m trying to set up rules that will search for photos with certain people's names in the keywords & copy those files to folders of the same name. I set up my first rule by specifying the folder explicitly, but was wondering if there was some way to add a wildcard or variable that will say “find the folder with the same name of that keyword & copy the file there” in a single rule, creating the folder when one does not exist. Is this possible within Hazel?
