Rule not matching but text is recognized

I have an issue that scanned and indexed documents are not recognized. The log shows nothing odd even when debugging is turned on.

See picture for example:


The text is recognized within Hazel:


I tried the following:
* tried small and CAPS letters
* restart
* rescan the document
* use a different OCR tool

"Contents contains" uses Spotlight. If you search for those terms using Spotlight, does your file show up in the results? If not, then it won't match in Hazel either. You can either diagnose your Spotlight index or use "Contents contain match". The latter is more reliable at the expense of some performance.

Thank you, with "Contents contain match" it worked. But It worked for several years, just now it stopped. Did something change, and or why can't I find the documents in the spotlight search? Any idea?

Something changed to affect Spotlight. You will need to diagnose your system to figure out what happened there.
