How to learn nested conditional rules?

Hello.

New to Hazel. How do I learn how the conditional rules work? I looked at the manual, installed the sample (no conditional rule example). Also checked to see if there are any YouTube videos examples with no luck.
To me it seems very unintuitive. Once I understand I am sure it is easy.

Here is the simple nested rule I want to create.
In a folder, I want to create a rule that looks for files types text OR audio AND starts with AAA. How do I enter that in the rules?
