I noticed that there's a yellow triangle next to HazelHelper in Settings > Users & Groups

Should I be concerned?

I'm running Hazel 5.0.7 on MacOS Mojave (10.14.6)

That is the old v4 HazelHelper (either that or you added the v5 one manually). You should remove it from that list as it is managed internally now.
