Moving web links into a desktop app

I regularly drag and drop, via Chrome, links to my desktop that create an HTTP file for each link. I want to create a rule that takes these and moves them into either Omni Focus and or Raindrop.io. How can I do this using Hazel?

You'll probably need an AppleScript to send them to either app. Pretty sure Omni Focus supports AppleScript, but have no idea about Raindrop.
