Sorting in Downloads Folder Not Working

I just upgraded to Hazel 5 and I'm on a new laptop. Unfortunately I didn't save rules from my last laptop..

These are the rules I have set for my downloads folder, but it says "Rule does not match". These seem like simple and straight forward rules which should work, but I'm not sure what I'm missing.

Try clicking on the red x's for each condition. That should provide you with the actual values for those attributes.
