5.0.2 - can't edit rules with a search filter applied

Once I apply a search filter then click a rule, the rule edit pane is often blank. The button to pop out the rule to its own window is also disabled.

Sometimes the wrong rule is shown and it does not always refresh the rule pane.

Is this a known problem? I can make a video and share privately if needed.

Running on Big Sur 11.0.1
