Calculate and create folder to move to

I have a folder for each month nested in an annual folder and each annual folder in a folder called Records Yearly for example /Users/bernshome/Documents/R/Records Yearly/Records 2020/10 Oct Recs/Patient Notebook.pdf.

Can Hazel move files into this structure based on the current calendar date for example files dropped on desktop (the monitored folder) be moved into Records Yearly/Records 2020/12 Dec Recs/ this month then Hazel creates a new annual folder and new monthly folder in January so beginning January 1 files dropped on Desktop go into Records Yearly/Records 2021/01 Jan Recs/ folder that Hazel creates and continues to add new monthly folders to till next year?

Yes. In the Sort into subfolder action, drag in the "current date" attribute. You can then edit that how you like.
