Move File OR Folder

Is it possible to create one rule which will move a file or folder which may be named in a particular manner. I've tried everything and it looks like I might have to have separate rules? Thank you!

All rules apply to files or folders unless you specify otherwise. Please provide more details about what you are doing/already did.
