Hazel 5.01: Crash when renaming files while being watched

Hi,

there is a reproducible crash in the following version:

OS X Version 11.1 (Build 20C5048k)
Hazel Version 5.0.1 (Build 2042)

- Open the Rule status window
- rename a file in the directory which is being watched (here FileA.pdf --> FileB.pdf
- refresh the rule status window

Hazel is crashing and tells that it can't read the original file:
