pattern renaming and adding to a list

hello i have this rule that rename pdf files from a pattern inside them and it work flawlessly. i need to create an excel listo of the pattern that the rule recognise or automatically add them to an .exc file is there any way thai I can do that.

There's no built in support for handling Excel files. You'll need some external software to do anything with that.
