Move folder based on contents NOT having certain extension?

Hi,
Trying this software out as it looks like exactly what I'm after!
I'm having one problem though - is there a way to select a folder based on it "not containing files with THIS extension"?
I tried "contents not contain EXTENSION" but sadly, contents seems to be like a blurb on a file, not the contents of a folder.
I'd really appreciate anybody's help on this!

The contents attribute only applies to the text content of files. There's no way to do this with the built in conditions though you may be able to do something with a script.
