Hazel 4.4.5 and Downloaded Chase Bank Statements

I am downloading Chase bank statements that are password encrypted from the bank. My normal Hazel rules that look for account number and dates fail on these files. I thought perhaps I needed to ocr the files but I can't because they are requiring a password. BTW, my Chase credit card statement is processed just fine with Hazel and the above rules.

I use the account number and the date to rename the file and then move them to the appropriate folder based on that info. Any suggestions?

You will either need a script to unlock the file or possibly save the file in a version without the password. As of now, there's no way to do that with built-in actions in Hazel.
