Hazel not running right?

I hit up the support email but wanted to post here as well.
A couple problems.
Hazel's not trashing files I thought it should be.

it deleted a file(s) that it wasn't supposed to.

Please do not email and post the same issue. I've already responded to your email but in short, your logic is incorrect. You are using "any" for all your conditions. You probably meant to use a nested conditions, details on which you can find in the manual.
