Need help monitoring and copying files from a folder

Hi there. I hope someone can help me as I just cannot figure this out.

I have a folder called "Videos" Inside of that folder I have a few subfolders (movies, tv shows, commercials, etc.)

I want to set up a rule that monitors and copies SOME, but not all, of those folders over to another drive, and then subsequently anytime a file is added into one of the subfolders that I have monitored it copies that file over to the correct subfolder on the other drive.
