It doesnt show up under applications in growl?

The two are probably out of sync. You should try restarting the helper process. Just do the following:
That should hopefully fix things.
- Quit System Preferences.
- Launch Activity Monitor (located in /Applications/Utilities).
- Find the HazelHelper process and kill it.
- Launch System Preferences and load up Hazel.
