Problem with certain software

I am having a problem with Hazel when I use a modified date after last matched date action. If I edit a file in a watched folder using TextEdit Hazel fires immediately and works fine. If I edit the same file using BBEdit or Eclipse(Flex Built on Eclipse) it does not fire and I have to wait for the next "sweep" in 5 minutes for it to fire. I can reproduce this every time.

Any ideas?

I need to play with BBEdit to see if I can replicate it. Is the modified date in Finder being updated properly with BBEdit? What kind of file are you editing? Is it a file package?
