How to save received iMessage Photos and Videos

Is there an easy way to bulk save photos and or videos to photos as they arrive in MacBook?

You'd need them saved to disk somehow. I don't know of an automated way to do that in Messages off hand but if you can do that, then Hazel can monitored where you saved them.
