Dynamic tags

Hello, I'm a newbie with Hazel.
I'd like to know what a "dynamic tag" is vs. a colored one. And how can you create one in a file/folder.

I suggest playing with tags in Finder. They are the same thing there and you can find out how the color labels work in relation to tags. Dynamic tags are a Hazel thing where you can construct tags based on other attributes.
