moving a file to a folder in the library

So I tried to do a simple hazel rule to move a downloaded .component file to the library/audio/plugins/component folder, and I got an error. the log just says it couldn't move it from the parent folder. I assume because of the need to authenticate. Is there any way around this?

Can you change the permissions on the parent folder so that it doesn't require authentication?
