Selective sync - keep folder organization

I have tried multiple rules configurations and can't quite get the results I need. The image shows my main working folder "Ads", with a subfolder for each business. I am trying to sync only PDF files from every subfolder of "Ads" while keeping the subfolders intact. The destination to sync to is my Box folder. I also want to sync over new PDFs as they are created as well as updated PDF's as changes are made; and run this sync on a schedule (once a day). It seems like a basic problem but I have spent hours on this and cannot get Hazel to do this consistently. Thank you in advance.

You'll need to do two things:

- Create a rule to tell Hazel to go into subfolders. Search the help for it.
- Create a rule to match and copy the PDFs. In the Copy action, there's an option to copy over the folder structure. Also, you can use the Current Time attribute if you want it done on a schedule.
