Monitoring Mail Download Folders to Move Certain Attachments

Hi, This is my 2nd post on this subject. I absolutely love Hazel!! I am a newbie with it but am using it for clean up tasks on my desktop, and for filing from scanned receipts from Scan pro to DropBox, to my Mac.

The problem I would like to solve is to take certain PDF files from my Mail Downloads Folder to the Desktop for processing.

I located the Mail Downloads Folder, wrote a simple rule, previewed it, (it gave me a green checkmark) but the rule wont run.

Can someone help?? Thanks..

How does it look in the rule status UI (the eye button)? Does it show the file matching the rule there?
