Version 4.1 Install Bug: Could not load preferences pane

With version 4.1 I got a "Could not load preferences pane" error upon updating. Removing the pane and reinstalling it resulted in the same error.

Try version 4.1.1 released this morning. If the problem persists, report back.

Thanks. Version 4.1.1. did the job! Back to normal.
