Move data from Dropbox to Amazon Drive

What is the best way to move data from Dropbox to Amazon Drive using Hazel?

I'd like to transfer 1Tb (all) Dropbox data to Amazon Drive. I can transfer from my Drive (with 1Tb) where space is limited. I can transfer to an external drive (with 3Tb) where I have to do duplicate transfers. I could possibly transfer from cloud to cloud but I don't think Hazel would work then. How best could I use Hazel to do this?

I don't think cloud to cloud is possible.

The files need to be available locally. For the most part, it needs to be able to be navigated in Finder. I'm unfamiliar with Amazon Drive so not sure if it does this (Dropbox does).
