Files on a external drive. help

I am new to Hazel so I would appreciate somebody detailing the rules for moving various music files of different formats, mp3 and flac which currently reside on an external storage drive to a playlist called Hazel which resides in my Music folder on my imac.

You can match on "Extension" or "Kind" to filter on the different file types. As to how to figure out which playlist, I'd need more details.
