Remove folder prefix

I have a rule set up to move folders from a 'Completed' downloads folder to my Plex folder.

However, a lot have a filename prefix, which confuses Plex. Is there anything I can add to my rule to remove 'www.download.com - ' if that is prefixed to the name of a file or folder?

Yes, search for "match patterns" in the help. You want to create a custom attribute which matches everything after the prefix. You can then use that in the rename pattern which effectively removes the prefix.
