Rules file for humans

I'm new at creating rules and therefore not very consistent. I would like to be able to look at my rules side by side to determine my best practices for rule creation. Can the rules file be printed in a human readable format?

You can take screenshots but otherwise no way of listing them out side by side. Note that you can copy rules by holding down the option key and clicking the + button. That way, you can start editing from a rule you already know works.
