Upload to Overcast Webpage

Is there a way to automate uploading a file through a webpage? Here's an example of what I mean where you can upload a file by clicking on the Choose File button:

You can upload files this way to the Overcast podcast app and they go directly to your iOS device. Here's the page, but you can only access it if you have a paid subscription:

https://overcast.fm/uploads

I have files that I record on the web daily and they go into a dropbox folder. I would like to automate the uploading of those files to Overcast. Any ideas?

You'd definitely need a script for this (unless there's an SFTP/FTP/WebDAV server you can upload to). Look into 'curl' if you go the script route.

I'm trying to automate uploading mp3s from a folder to Overcast too.
