HazelHelper appearing as 'Unknown' in User Login Items

In the User Login Items a yellow alert triangle has appeared next to HazelHelper and the Kind is set to 'Unknown'. How do I fix this?

Try the following:
Report back on whether that fixes it or not.
- Remove HazelHelper from Login Items.
- Quit System Preferences
- Launch System Preferences
- Load Hazel
- Go check your login items.
