How to set a rules for a hidden system files folder?

How to set a rules for a hidden system files folder?

I want sync the save files of Civ6 with another Mac, however, it cannot select a hidden system file folder in hazel.

What is the path to this folder? If you can view it in Finder, you can drag it into Hazel if need be.
