Delete Hazel Rule

This may be a very basic question but I can't stop hazel from running a rule even though I have tried deleting it.
I've tried unticking the hazel rule box and also removing the rule from the rules section. I've also checked that all hazel rules that could be triggering that action been removed also. I've restarted Hazel and my mac but nothing.

Any ideas?

Check the logs. Go to the "Info" section and click "View Log". If the activity is not there, then I suspect some other program is responsible for the behavior.
