Hazel and Airtable?

I am fascinated by the new relational database app Airtable and wonder if anyone in the Hazel community sees a way to have Hazel copy data from scanned records into an Airtable spreadsheet?

You'll definitely need a script to do all that, the scope of which is a bit outside of Hazel. When it comes time to integrate the script into Hazel, search the help as all the details are there.
