Rule to upload to imgur help

I am trying to create a rule that will do the following

01. Watch a folder for new files

02. Upload new files to imgur

03. Copy the imgur share link directly to my clipboard

Is this possible? I realize I would probably need a script for this but haven't been able to find anything so far.

You'll definitely need a script for steps 2 & 3. Probably some sort of shell script using 'curl'.
