Exiftool rename & move issue

Having an issue with exiftool and moving pictures.
The weird thing is when I run the exiftool shell script rule alone it works. When I run the move rule alone it work.
Together the exiftool rename gets into a continuous loop and keeps renaming the file with a move error over and over...
These set of rules have worked without issue for over a year, then either upgrading the MacOS and/or Hazel seems to have broken it.

Looks like the file is disappearing before Hazel can do anything to it. Do you have anything else touching that file?

Nope. But here is something interesting.
I copied the complete set of rules and applied them to a local folder on the Mac.
Worked perfectly.
But using them on the original folders that are hosted on a Synology NAS creates the error. It used to work but I upgraded the Synology to DSM 6 recently and I think that is when the errors started happening. Not too sure how to more forward on this issue.

Have you tried contacting Synology? They might be able to help you track it down.
