Single rule shared between multiple folders?

Is it possible with Hazel v4 to share a single rule between multiple folders?

I have invoices that I sometimes download to a download folder and other times scan to a scanned documents folder from hardcopy. I'd like the same rule to handle both folders, however right now in v3 I have to copy the rule, which makes maintenance difficult.

Version4 has syncing of rules between folders. Note, though, that this is the whole ruleset for the folder. You can't really pick and choose which ones get synced but what you can do is choose which ones are enabled on each machine (the enabled state is local to each machine).
