Apply rule to files created after given date

I'm new to Hazel and am only just beginning to grasp the possibilities

Is it possible to create a rule that only applies to files in a given folder which were created after a given date?

I want to apply tags to any file in a folder, said file having been created after set date. Effectively this would be any new file in that folder. Alternatively it could be a way of batch applying tags to older files

Could I then do that for a sub-folder?

Yes, just do "Date created is after specific date XXXX" and enter the date.

Thanks Mr Noodlesoft - for some reason I missed that. I've also downloaded the subfolder rules and am having a play with that.
So far at least it's working fine.
