I have some rules set up for Alfred workflows. This folder is located in the package ~/Library/Application Support/Alfred 2/Alfred.alfredpreferences

Alfred has just been upgraded to version 3, so I went to add a new watch folder for Alfred 3 and then to copy the rules to the new folder, but Alfred.preferences is greyed out so I cannot select the workflow folder. I must have been able to do this at one time (probably 2 or 3 years ago), but at the moment I'm lost. The Finder lets me open the package and the workflow folder.

If it's a package, then by default you can't go into it. If you want to monitor a folder inside it, try navigating to it in Finder then dragging that folder into Hazel.

Thanks. It's all coming back to me now! (Yet another senior moment on my part).
