Auto Screenshot and Convert PNG to PDF

Hey guys, this might be an odd request, but I'm looking into something that I see as crazy, but you might see as easy and doable.

These are the steps I want to take:

1. Take 300 screenshots at specific size saved as PNG
2. Save to specific folder
3. Convert screenshots to PDF
4. Combine PDFs into sequential order
5. Convert OCR for searchable text

I have a setup ready for just converting OCR for PDFs that I can just drop into, but I have no idea where to begin steps 1-4. I'm assuming that I would need an app that can take a screenshot at the specific size, at the specific type, on an automated timer, but I would like to know if all this is doable with Hazel. Tips, tricks, or any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hazel can connect all those things together but each of those is a specific bit of functionality you need to find elsewhere. I would look for apps with either AppleScript or Automator support in this case.
