Import to Photos

I'm having trouble getting the "Import to Photos" function that was introduced in 3.3.5 to work. I'm currently using 3.3.6 and the function is as follows:

The intention is for Hazel to watch my "/Dropbox/Camera Uploads" folder and import any new photos to the Photos app. Of note, my Photos library is on an external drive and is currently used as the System Photo Library, though the Hazel rule didn't work before I made it the System Photo Library. I didn't try the rule prior to moving the library, and because of its size I'd like to not move it back just to troubleshoot this rule.

Have you checked the logs? Post/email any errors you find there. Keep in mind also that Photos itself is quite flakey, especially with large libraries.

I checked the log and realized that the rule was never engaging, which got me to thinking that maybe that's because there are two rules in the folder that use the "Date last Matched" operand and the one using the Photos import was the latter one. I just merged the Photos import into the first rule and now everything is working.
