I am pulling dates out of invoice files and sorting according to the date and vendor. So I have separate rules for each vendor. Do I need to have the date token in each rule be labelled uniquely or can I have each token labelled "Date" in every rule?

They are unique to each rule so don't worry about the names spilling across rules.
