Finding Albums in Photos

I am trying to have Hazel watch a particular folder, and have any images that are dropped in there imported into Photos. I am stuck creating the rule, because it demands that I identify an album to import into, but the selection box is greyed out and says there are no albums. My photos Library has plenty of albums... how do I get Hazel to recognize it?

Is your library set as the system one? In Photos, go into its preferences. There is a "Use as System Photo Library". If it is not greyed out, then you need to click that button to set it as the system one.
